This 16-Week program guarantees all the help and support you need during you contest prep.
You will receive all plans and guidance needed to get you through your prep, all you have to do is follow these guidelines.
We will make sure that you present your best package on stage.
The plans will be based on your goals, specific needs and daily routine. Before starting on your customized program you will receive a form* that helps us to get to know you and design the perfect plans for you.
Note: This program ist NOT recommended for first time competitors !

  • customized nutrition and workout plans
  • supplement recommandation and cardio schedules
  • adjustments to all plans based on weekly updates
  • detailed and in-depth consultation via email or in person**
  • weekly photo analysis and/or measuring body fat percentage in person**
  • unlimited contact (via email, texts, etc.) for any concerns or questions
  • full “Peek Week” plan and in-depth consultation
  • Posing coaching (in person** or via Facetime/Skype)
