Hi, I am Dominique.
And this is how my fitness journey began:
Growing up I played a lot of sports like soccer and basketball.
After not being interested in these anymore, I gained a lot of weight and eventually wanted to try something else, so I got into boxing.
It didn’t take me too long to realize that that wasn’t the sport for me either.
I figured I’d give hitting the gym a try, because both of my parents lifted at that time.
Ever since then I’ve been trying to make the most out of my body. I always wanted to know more about bodybuilding. It quickly became more than a hobby to me.
It’s been about six years since I first started, and in that time I learned more and more about nutrition and different kind of workouts.
This lead to many people asking for my help, which is why I started to work as a coach and personal trainer.
